DELIVERY / SHIPPING POLICY:
All purchases are shipped within 48 hours, with exception of orders requiring overnight shipping and must be placed before 5PM Eastern Time to be processed same day. Items purchased with be shipped by method chosen at time of checkout. If there is an issue with your purchase our customer service department will notify you by your designated email address. In the event of a lost shipment, it is the customers responsibility to contact customer service.
RETURNS POLICY:
Vajayzzle merchandise is considered expendable and returns are not allowed.
REFUNDS POLICY:
In the event you are not completely happy with the merchandise purchased from Vajayzzle, please contact our customer service department. Refunds are not typically given, however each case is handled independently.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Canceling an order is acceptable, but must be done prior to shipping. Once an order is shipped the order cannot be canceled.
HOW TO APPLY YOUR TATTOO:
Locate a good place to apply the tattoo based on its size, purpose, and location.
Clean the area thoroughly with soap & water or an alcohol prep pad. It is extremely important that the area is clean and dry.
Depending on the area of application, you may want to consider shaving or waxing the area prior to applying the tattoo.
Carefully peel the backing from the tattoo, making sure the crystals do not stick. With the backs of the crystals now exposed, press and hold with your hand the tattoo where you desire it. After 15-20 seconds you can bring your hand away and peel back the clear plastic to expose your new body decoration.
The Swarovski crystal tattoos come in pre-determined patterns, but you are not restricted to just those shapes. Feel free to arrange the crystals in what ever pattern you wish!
A surgical grade adhesive is used for long lasting adhesion to the body. This allows the tattoo to hold up in even the most extreme conditions. If you wish to take the tattoo off prior to the adhesive from wearing out a body safe adhesive remover should be utilized. This adhesive remover is included with all kits.
The Swarovski crystals can be reused and reapplied with the right adhesive. Look for this adhesive on our website soon!
Be sure to keep lotions and creams away from the tattoo site as this may cause the tattoo to come off prematurely.
