Any claim relating to Vajayzzle's web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

All purchases are shipped within 48 hours.  Items purchased with be shipped by method chosen at time of checkout.  If there is an issue with your purchase our customer service department will notify you by your designated email address.  In the event of a lost shipment, it is the customers responsibility to contact customer service.

10.  Return Policy

Vajayzzle merchandise is considered expendable and returns are not allowed.

11.  Refund Policy

In the event you are not completely happy with the merchandise purchased from Vajayzzle, please contact our customer service department.  Refunds are not typically given, however each case is handled independently.

12.  Cancellation Policy

Canceling an order is acceptable, but must be done prior to shipping.  Once an order is shipped the order cannot be canceled.
